The New Orleans Pelicans
The New Orleans Pelicans have been in the Big Easy since 2002 (formerly known as the Bobcats) and have had some success in that time, reaching the playoffs on seven occasions, with two division titles. Following a difficult 2018-19 season, the New Orleans Pelicans will look to bounce back this year.
The Pelicans’ home is the Smoothie King Center, adjacent to the Superdome in New Orleans’ business district. With football and basketball season running concurrently, a trip to a Pelicans game affords the opportunity to take in two sports experiences in one trip to arguably THE most fun city in America.
