One small step for man, one giant leap for mankind...Visitors to Space Center Houston get a chance to see what it's like on the moon's surface. The moonscape at Space Center Houston includes a real lunar rover, like the three that are currently parked on the moon, and gives visitors a chance to learn about the history-making trips to the moon. In addition to new exhibits every spring, summer and fall, other family favorites at Space Center Houston include: the Star Ship Gallery, full of space artifacts and treasures; the Martian Matrix, a five-story funhouse for kids; a giant screen theater; the NASA tram tour, and much more.
